There are lots of new funding opportunities popping up this summer, like this one for creator journalists specializing in short-form video.
Trusting News is looking for a mix of creators focused on local news or national news, whose coverage intersects with political or social issues that might involve high levels of distrust or skepticism.
Think… healthcare, education, business, food, and lifestyle topics.
You do not need to have a traditional journalism background. Original reporting and content aggregation welcome.
Participating creators will produce content with transparency language, and join group trainings, cohort calls, and coaching sessions.
Creators will own all of the content they produce.
Program Duration: 5 months
