August 29th: Grants For Writers, Filmmakers, Churches, Climate Change Activists, Black Businesses
Time to close out August. Let's make it a September to remember!
Hey, creators!
Many people have joined us over the last few weeks. I’m so glad you’ve discovered this community and resource. Welcome!
Every other Monday, we publish this newsletter which features the latest funding opportunities for US creatives and small business owners. Awards include grants, fellowships, creator funds, contests, etc.
This newsletter is organized in chronological order, so the awards expiring first are at the top and later at the bottom.
This week we have 31 opportunities up to $250,000, which you'll have access to if you're a paid subscriber.
Your support helps keep this project going. Our small team pours hours of research to dig up these awards, and we are committed to making this newsletter as relevant and resourceful as possible.
We love hearing when a community member wins a grant they discovered here first. So far, members have won over $30,000! Share your updates with us by replying to this newsletter or leaving a comment below.
If you’d like to get access to all of the awards we find (past, present, and future), we invite you to join as a paid subscriber.
Also, as an update, Grants For Creators was featured in Podcast Bestie - read here Creative Funding For Podcasters.
If you’re an audio creator, I recommend subscribing to this newsletter for creative inspiration, marketing strategies, jobs, and more.
Now that the intros are out of the way let’s jump right in. Good luck!
