January 2nd: Grants For Journalists, Filmmakers, Photographers, Writers, and More!
Starting the new year strong with 33 funding opportunities!
Happy New Year, creators! 🎉
We wish you success, happiness, fulfillment, and funding in 2023!
I hope you had a restful holiday season and are ready to claim all the opportunities with your name on them.
Grants For Creators is a biweekly newsletter curating the latest funding opportunities for US-based creatives, entrepreneurs, and creative small businesses.
Our goal is to bring awareness to the hundreds of funding opportunities available to our creator community. Save hours on research by scrolling through each newsletter which takes our team of three collectively 8-10 hours of research per week.
While paid subscribers have access to the entire newsletter + exclusive subscriber events and curated playlists like Grants with No Deadlines, free subscribers have access to the first 20% of each biweekly newsletter.
If you’d like to support our work, join us as a paid subscriber for either $5 per month or $60 per year. And if now is not the right time, no worries. Thank you for being here and sharing this newsletter with your friends.
Please don’t forget that we share funding opportunities that did not make it in our newsletter in our subscriber chat. You can also share grants you find for inclusion in future newsletters.
This week we are sharing 33 funding opportunities up to $300,000.
Featured grants are available for Black filmmakers (#9), political scientists and freelance journalists (#10), photographers (#14), nonfiction writers (#21), small businesses (#23), and sculpture artists (#25).
Plus, we’ve updated several of our playlists with new awards, so be on the lookout for those links scattered throughout the newsletter.
