1. Black Community Commitment
Nonprofit organizations working to improve outcomes for the Black community are invited to apply. Any US-based 501(c)(3) organization that has been established since 2019 or prior; has an annual operating budget between $100,000 to $3 million.

2. Strategic Investment Grants
Strategic Investment Grants (SIG) provide up to $1,000 for expenses related to opportunities for professional development, market expansion, and art events. SIG enables artists and teachers to advance their professional careers and supports nonprofit organizations in advancing arts-related programs.
Deadline: Monthly on the 15th
3. [NEW] The 2025 Amphion Grant Program - For Contemporary Concert Music Nonprofits
The program’s objective is to encourage the performance of contemporary concert music, particularly by American composers, through support to performing and presenting organizations that have demonstrated sustained artistic excellence, as well as service organizations. Grants will range between $1,500 and $7,500.
Deadline: September 25, 2025
4. [NEW] National Theatre Company Grants Program - For Nonprofit Theatre
Recognizing the critical importance of regional theatre to the American theatre ecology and work by living playwrights to the advancement of the art form, this newly relaunched program will focus on helping regional companies innovate new strategies to successfully present the work of living American playwrights. Five grants of $100,000 will be awarded annually to support projects that represent visionary approaches to presenting new work.

5. [NEW] Let Creativity Happen - For Houston Individual Artists & Nonprofits
This opportunity provides funds of up to $2,500 for projects that amplify artistic creativity and vision in the city of Houston. These grants are designed to encourage artists, creative individuals, and organizations to take creative risks that may not qualify for more traditional funding opportunities. Awards will support innovative ideas that redefine artistic boundaries, reshape the conversation about art and art experiences, and/or establish unique opportunities to experience art.

6. [NEW] The City’s Initiative - For Houston Individual Artists & Nonprofits
This grant program provides funding between $5,000 and $10,000 to individual artists and nonprofits to develop strategic and creative projects that engage both visitors and residents, enhancing Houston’s cultural identity and tourism.
Deadline: September 27, 2025
7. [NEW] Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment Program - For Nonprofit Community Organizations
This opportunity funds nonprofit community organizations that connect youth to mentorship, education, career development, and health services. Eligible organizations must serve youth in low-to-moderate income communities where support and opportunity are scarce.
The program offers two types of grants: Grants to support current youth programming, create new programming, or extend existing programming. These grants will range from $25,000 to $75,000 over one year. Grants to support capital improvement projects that enhance the impact of youth programming. These grants will range from $25,000 to $100,000 over one year.

8. Virginia Humanities Regular Grants - For Virginia Nonprofits
These grants support projects that explore Virginia’s stories—its history, people, communities, and cultural traditions—as well as issues and questions that impact the lives of Virginians today. $5,000 – $15,000 will be awarded. A letter of intent is required.
