Hello creators!
Two weeks ago, I had the pleasure of meeting so many Grants For Creators subscribers at Podcast Movement Evolutions in Vegas!
Thank you for attending my podcast sponsorship session and making the time to say hello throughout the conference.
It meant so much to me to hear that this newsletter is shining a bright light on opportunities creatives wouldn’t have known about or wouldn’t have considered applying to.
Of the many GFC subscribers I met, shout out to Tsipporah the Explorer from Soul Sistas Sleep Meditations Podcast who is crushing it in the sleep meditation space.
As for updates, we’ve officially moved the Grants For Creators newsletter to a monthly format. We hope this format helps you better plan for the month ahead.
For April we are sharing (61) funding opportunities including grants for Black journalists (#11), documentary production (#20), aspiring NYC walking tour guides (#27), early-stage women tech founders (#32), entrepreneurs (#23, #24, #39, #40, #43), diverse unpublished illustrators and authors (#53), and more.
All grants have deadlines from April 1 - 30th. There’s still time to apply for these grants with March 31st deadlines too.
Also, we regularly share additional funding opportunities that do not make it in our newsletter via our subscriber chat available via the Substack app. Please join us there to continuously stay in the know.
Lastly, we’ve updated a few of our playlists with new awards (indicated with “NEW” in the title):
We’ll be back in your inbox with the May newsletter on Monday, April 17th.
Good luck!
